Program Description

Entrepreneurial leaders envision, design, build, and adapt.
Most of all, they step into uncharted territory, identify challenges, and lead the way to creating a sustainable future. To be successful, entrepreneurs must develop radical approaches to communication, building alliances, strategy, and leadership.
A global, collaborative effort, this certificate program provides the opportunity to network and learn from key leaders at the forefront of global technology. Through online learning, a residential conference, and an immersion experience in Silicon Valley, students will develop the acumen to become an entrepreneurial leader.

This certificate program is comprised of a set of learning days which couple interactive workshops with company (large corporation and start-ups) site visits as “case studies”

Program Fees
- For Students: $1,800 USD
- For Faculty: $2,050 USD
- For Professionals: $2,300 USD
Includes online webinars and materials, Monterey component face-to-face workshops and meals, Silicon Valley company visits, transportation in Silicon Valley to company visits, and a program celebration closing dinner. Participants are responsible for paying their own:
- Hotel fees in Monterey, California and Silicon Valley
- Airfare
- Meals in Silicon Valley
- Transportation to and from airports and to the Monterey Hotel

- Have an interest in entrepreneurial leadership, fostering organizational innovation, business start-ups, and/or creative business design
- Have a professional attitude and sense of composure and can collaboratively engage with others in learning and professional development activities
- Have a letter of recommendation from your program chair or instructor
