Dr. Delgado has over 15 years of teaching experience in higher education. Recently, she joined Pacific Oaks College as a core social work faculty member. Her pedagogy is grounded in social justice, collaboration, and compassion. Before entering academia full-time, Dr. Delgado had 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in both public and private sectors in Miami-Dade County, providing trauma-informed mental health services. She is a proud mother, partner, hija, and community member.
